What is Life Without Good Health?
I can see you wondering WHAT is he doing adding something like this to a site like this!??
Well – I believe very strongly in the adage that without good health we don’t actually have much.
It affects us ALL, like it or not!

What IS Good Health? Part 1
Your good health has to be rather more than just an absence of feeling unwell or an onset of a full blown illness or disease of some kind.
If you were to REALLY think about it, what would your thoughts of Good Health be in relation to yourself and your family? This list is in no particular order – maybe you would like to set it in an order that would suit you?
- Minor illness is dealt with fast
- Stress can be coped with well
- Good levels of energy and activity
- Aches and pains gone
- Clear, healthy skin
- Few (or no) headaches
- Excellent sleep patterns
- Good digestion and bowel habits
- No chronic illness – heart disease, cancer, asthma etc
- Just Feeling Well
If you could see yourself in an optimal state, how long would you like to stay feeling that way?
Are you prepared to accept a progressive deterioration at age 60, at 70 or at 80 years of age? How about a progressive deterioration from the age of 40 or 50?
Is it really acceptable to you to increasingly feel aches and pains, lacking in energy and generally feeling low and below par? It’s true that those feelings are not really anything like as desperate as an early death from cancer, heart disease or other serious “health event”.
But are ANY health problems that nibble away at a good lifestyle really necessary?
If a goal to maintain optimal health on in to old age is desirable, then it needs to be treated like any other life goal and worked at with a plan. What goal could be better than Good Health? Think about it – without good health we don’t really have anything, do we? You probably walk around your local town or city and see many people who are not looking as well as they might like. If you could imagine a sign above their heads, as they walked – I wonder what these might say:
The goal to create a better health regime for yourself and your family just takes the mindset to to say – I will do this. THAT is often harder than actually DOING it!!
Decide to make a better health regime part of your life and the benefits will show themselves.
To start with we need to understand why we may not be functioning at optimal health.
That raises a possible question: Where Has Nature’s Plan Gone Wrong?
Your Good Health Investment
Your Nutritional Bank Account
Proper nutrients that the human body can use correctly are the essence of life. There are many sources that say we ALL need a daily supply of around 90 nutrients to be able to function properly.
This total of 90 includes 60+ plant derived minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids and 3 essential fatty acids. These are supposed to come from our food that we eat daily. Your food reserves, or Nutritional Bank Account, relates to the available nutrients you have ready for your body to use – every day.

Crisis Point – the Nutrition Delusion
Food – it’s everywhere! Fast food outlets tempt us in, the huge supermarkets all try to get us to buy their goods claiming to be the best quality, the best value and doing the local food and vegetable traders out of business. Now we get the “value supermarkets” that are cutting prices all the way down the line.
So it’s little wonder that we buy what is in front of us and that which we are able to afford, especially if we have no REAL idea of nutritional needs of a human body.
Can it REALLY be that even with this huge array of foodstuff it is not providing us with everything we need to live a healthy life?
The human body is a most remarkable thing! It is very resilient and able to survive despite less than perfect nourishment. The question is: are we unknowingly pushing our bodies to a crisis point?
All the usual media sources tell us our food is chock full of nourishment and it’s all good for us.
The truth of that is quite a different matter

Multiple Sclerosis sufferer
“I am 63 years old and I am a sufferer of Multiple Sclerosis. I have been diagnosed since Feb 1994. Since taking Sizzling Minerals I thought that good feelings that I was experiencing was possibly Psychosomatic as I had this kind of early experience with other products, however after some months taking a wafer a day the MS symptoms are still there but I have never felt as healthy as I am right now. I have stopped taking the prescribed Medication and I am not missing it one bit. I recommend that everybody should take a wafer a day. Many thanks.”
