Well – at last, good day to you!!
I wonder if I’m alone in this – setting up blogs and never updating them? I doubt it! Time passes and you suddenly have weeks gone by and nothing to show on your blog!
Never mind – I saw something today that made me wonder!
I returned to Weymouth from Heathrow having picked up a lovely couple who came in from Atlanta to visit a poorly relative. Great journey and great conversation.

On my return to Dorchester it was around 4.45pm and I decided to take the back road home. This meant going through Coombe Valley Road and over the Came Down Golf Club road.

Call me a cynic(?), but is it coincidental that the route has become a rat run for people returning to Weymouth at “tea-time” and that County Hall in Dorchester has turned out?? I would think that of fifty (?) cars that we passed only 2 or 3 had more than one person aboard!!

What great weather we’re having though…
